While Valentine's Day has come & gone, the focus on LOVE, LOVE, LOVE will be the theme of this issue of the Take a PEEK newsletter! I am passionate about helping ALL students become successful readers. As my friend Phyliss Hunter said, "Reading IS every child's civil right!" As you browse Take a PEEK, I hope you find something you LOVE so much that you share it with other educators. Remember, scientifically-based research, SBR, doesn't impact student achievement until it becomes scientifically-based instruction, SBI!

I can attest to your passion for helping all students learn. Even 3 years after being to our school, you remember several students who touched your heart and passion for reading. You helped the teachers make a difference in their lives. Wish the funding was still there so that you could have continued coming to our school.
